Tri-State Battery offers you a wide range of products as well as delivery of items to your doorstep. We are committed to better serve our customers and will do everything to make sure your returns and refunds are handled in a fair manner. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately. Please make sure that place the unused item is in its original (delivered) condition and the Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing slip is filled in correctly.
Shippng
?We will Ship your Package by the UPS or USPS.
?UPS does not deliver to P.O Box Addresses.
?Packages Address to P.O Boxes will be Shipped by usps.
?Our Shipping rates Are Calculated in real time based on the weight of the Items in your cart.
Shipping to Canada
?Please note Shipment to Canada may incur brokerage fees and customs duty in addition to the Shipping fee charged By us.
?Brokerage and Customs duty are Responsibility of the importer and will not be paid by Tri-State Battery under any Circumstances.
Damages and Lost in Transit-UPS shipments
?In case of a damage please call ups on 1-800-pick-ups immediately and notify Tri-State Battery within 24 hours so that a claim can be made. Refused package or return shipping Charges will be charged to your account.
Damages and Lost in Transit- USPS Shipments
?Please note USPS Priority and USPS Parcel Post Services are not insured for lost or Damage. Shipment by these services is at the customer risk.
Damaged Caused by Weather Conditions
?We are not responsible for damage caused by inclement weather condition. If you are concerned about weather conditions you should arrange appropriate shipping. (charged at cost)
Package Tracking
?UPS offers a full tracking service.
?USPS Priority offers delivery confirmation only.
Shortages
?All shortages and order problems must be notified to Tri-State Battery within 24 hours. No reimbursement will be made after 48 hours.
Delivery Time
?Please refer to the UPS web site for delivery ground day to your area. Please note UPS Service levels refer to business days not calendar days.
? All orders will be processed the same day if received before 11 A.M. (East Coast Time)
?Orders received after 11.A.M and USPS Priority mail Orders will be Processed the next business day.
?Shipping time may vary depending on stock and location that product will ship from, orders usually ship within one to two business days.
?In the event a product is out of stock the product
will be dropped shipped from the manufacture please allow a extra 1-3 day for order to ship.
?Please Be Aware we will not ship second day air after Wednesday.
Please note that Tri-State Battery inc Does not Gurarantee the time of Delivery and cannot be held responsible for late Deliveries to receive refunds.
Address Correction
Please Note that for incorrectly addressed packages UPS levies a $5 address adjustment. If this caused by your error we will apply that charge to your account. Please Proof read your order before finalizing.
Canceling Order
To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for canceling to sales@tristatebattery.com or call 800-852-9700. Please note that orders can NOT be Cancelled after Shipped.
Shipping Delays
Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays. If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (i.e. UPS errors, inclement weather) will not warrant a refund of shipping charges.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Offers
Occasionally we may offer free Shipping for orders over certain value (eg $50). The Following conditions apply for free shipping offers:
1) Applies only to orders under 40 lbs in weight ( Free Shipping applies to selected products over 40 lbs ), Shipped to mainland USA by UPS ground.
2) Applies only to internet orders. Phone orders do not get free Shipping.
3) Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska not included in free shipping offers.
4) TriStateBattery.com reserves the right not to ship any order!
NOTE : New UPS Budget Rates to Zip Codes outside the 48 contiguous States may take up to several weeks for deliver.
Tracking information will usually be emailed to customers email address of record the same day the order ships. Orders drop shipped from manufacturer warehouses will not receive a tracking number.
