Warranty Information

The items we sell are covered by manufacturers' warranties. In some cases, the manufacturer requires that you send the item to them directly for further action. Some manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace at their discretion.

TRISTATEBATTERY.COM will provide you with the contact information upon request. Most of our Power Sport Batteries include a one year limited warranty and may require the customer to return the defective battery at their expense for futher analysis. If a returned battery shows signs of physical damage, misuse, or overcharging warranty will be void. Batteries less than 60 days old that are defective will be replaced at no charge. Batteries less than 60 days old that check good will be returned to the customer at their expense. For batteries over 60 days that check bad, the customer must pay for the shipping of the new replacement or return of the battery.


Please note that the Return Shipping to have the battery analyzed is paid by the customer.

 

WRONG, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If wrong, defective or damaged merchandise is received, please notify TRISTATEBATTERY.COM immediately. This is a rare situation and TRISTATEBATTERY.COM will make arrangements to solve the problem at once. TRISTATEBATTERY.COM will take full responsibility for solving the problem with the merchandise if we are in error. Products returned for credit or refund must be returned in unopened original manufacturer packaging and in original condition; customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. Merchandise returned for refund will be charged a 15% handling and restocking fee which will be deducted from the purchase amount.
