I ordered this product on a Monday. I received three updates from TriState, one telling me they received the order, one to tell me it was being processed and the third telling me that it was shipped and gave the tracking number - all within the first day. The shipment is expected to reach my house on Wednesday - 2 day shipping with no shipping costs. The price of the battery is the best that I could find but the bonus was not having any shipping cost - most other places, even if there price was close, charged an additional $11-13 in shipping.
Very pleased and will definitely return for this and other products.
